    Need Advice/Direction....

I been approached by "Everything Orgo" to embroider a logo on their organizational containers (see attached photo). I've embroidered 1 sample which turned out fairly well, a bit of indentation in the foam from pressure. I'm wondering about heat pressing patches of their logo. I've heat pressed vinyl on a sample at 320 degrees with a teflon cover sheet which left a faint scorch mark. These containers are 100% woven polyester (like a lunch bag). I have 1 amaya XT so doing 50-100 of these on the machine will take me forever.

Thanks so much in advance for any advice!

There are vinyls out there that will adhere @ 280 deg. That will not scorch Polyester at that temp.. 320 is really high. I use Imprintables' Eco vinyl and that goes on at 305 deg, but have pressed it on at lower temp too..
