I have one rotary tension disk that won't turn while its needle is sewing, and it's messing up my tension. I've tried cleaning it, the spring hook, tension stud, and upper tension disks, as well as replacing its tension spring (one of the few spare parts I have on hand). No change. Do I need to replace the felt packing?
